When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 working days after purchase. During the holidays, the processing time may take longer. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

How long does it take to ship?
Since we ship worldwide, please expect 5-30 working days until your order arrives. However, due to the current difficult situation regarding COVID-19, we expect delays in our delivery processes and cannot currently guarantee specific delivery dates. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

How do I track my package?
We will send you an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

I did not receive a tracking number, what should I do?
If you did not receive a tracking number 7 working days after placing your order, you can simply send us an email and we will be happy to solve any problems.
