DELIVERY TIME
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 working days of ordering and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

THE INJURY DELIVERY TIME APPLIES FOR EACH COUNTRY:
United Kingdom: You can expect your package to arrive in 8-25 working days.

Others: 10-40 working days.

Please make sure all delivery information is correct. If information is incorrect and/or missing, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may lead to delays in the delivery of your order. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.
Your local customs office may need additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order can be delivered to you either by the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your region, most orders are delivered by your local postal service, so the package arrives with your regular mail. If you are away from home on delivery, the Postal Service may leave a notification card with information on how and where to pick up your delivery.

Please provide your address in full, otherwise the package we send you will be returned to us, or we will simply ignore your request to save all trouble.

Cancellation

We accept cancellations of orders before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure that you send the package to the correct address.

Hints

There is no entitlement to a 14-day refund for custom or personalized items.
If the return is arranged by the consumer, the consumer must bear the shipping costs. The specific fees are based on your chosen express company.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect for our reasons, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping costs for this reason.

The consumer is not charged a re-storage fee for the return of a product.;

Refunds (if applicable)
